Leadership Roadmap for the AI Era
Lead with confidence in the age of AI, without losing what makes you human.
Your team is already using AI. The question isn't whether to embrace it, it's how to lead through it with wisdom, clarity and genuine human connection. This programme gives you the frameworks, the practice and the community to do exactly that.
Limited Only 12 spots in this cohort.
You're already successful. AI is just another adaptation.
-
You approve AI-generated work but aren't always sure you should trust it
-
Your team is using AI but you're not sure they're using it well — or ethically
-
You feel pressure to move fast with AI but don't want to compromise on quality or values
-
You want to lead your team through this shift — not just react to it week by week
AI handles tasks. Leaders handle everything else.
The leaders who will thrive aren't the ones who delegate everything to AI. They're the ones who use it deliberately — and know exactly where their human judgment, empathy and creativity remain irreplaceable.
This programme isn't about learning to use AI tools. It's about developing the leadership clarity to direct them — and the confidence to know when not to.
Six things you'll leave with
A Personal AI Playbook
A practical, written framework for how you use AI — what you delegate, what you don't, and where your human judgment always stays in the loop.
Team Guidance Confidence
Clear language and frameworks for guiding your team through AI adoption — responsibly, ethically and without killing the creativity that makes them effective.
Decision-Making Clarity
A reliable mental model for knowing when to trust AI output, when to interrogate it and when to override it entirely — built through practice, not theory.
Ethical AI Confidence
The language and frameworks to have honest conversations about AI risk, bias and responsible use — with your team, your peers and your leadership.
A 90-Day Action Plan
A co-created roadmap for embedding AI-human leadership habits into your actual working life — starting the week after the programme ends.
A Peer Network
12 leaders from across Asia Pacific and Europe navigating the same shift. The connections made in a cohort of this size and quality tend to last well beyond the programme.
Four sessions. One fundamental shift.
Each session is 90 minutes live on Zoom, followed by 60 minutes of asynchronous learning, reflection and peer practice before the next.

Honest answers
Not at all. This programme is designed for leaders, not technologists. No coding, no technical background required. If you manage people and make decisions, this is for you.
Four 90-minute live sessions over four weeks, plus 60 minutes of asynchronous learning, reflection and peer practice before each next session. Most participants find the between-session work is where the real learning happens.
If you lead a team and AI is part of your working landscape — or will be soon — then yes. The frameworks are designed to apply across industries, functions and team sizes.
Sessions are recorded and available through the Lumabit platform. We encourage live attendance for the peer interaction, but we understand that schedules shift.
Deliberate choice. Small cohorts mean genuine conversation, personalised feedback and connections that actually form. This isn't a webinar — it's a peer learning experience.
Full refund up to 7 days before the programme starts. After that, your spot can be transferred to a colleague but not refunded — given the cohort size, each place is genuinely held.
