A Leadership Roadmap for the AI Era
Lead with confidence in the age of AI, while enhancing what makes you human.
AI is already in your team's workflow. The real question is how you lead through it with wisdom, clarity, and human connection. This four-session programme gives you practical frameworks, guided practice, and the benefit of learning with a small group of peers, so you can make better decisions, adapt with confidence, and lead in a way that strengthens both performance and people.
Limited Only 12 places in each group.
You're already successful. AI is just another adaptation.
Designed for leaders and professionals responsible for people, culture, decision-making, or organisational change in the age of AI.
Ideal for:
-
Senior professionals leading teams
-
Department and operations leaders
-
HR and learning & development managers
-
Business decision-makers navigating AI adoption and organisational change
-
Professionals seeking practical leadership application rather than technical AI certification
AI handles tasks. Leaders handle everything else.
The leaders who will thrive aren't the ones who delegate everything to AI. They're the ones who use it deliberately — and know exactly where their human judgement, empathy and creativity remain irreplaceable.
This programme is intentionally designed as a high-trust, small-group leadership experience — not a large-scale webinar.
Limited to 12 participants, the format creates space for:
- ✓Deep discussion and live application
- ✓Practical experimentation with AI tools and workflows
- ✓Peer learning across leadership contexts
- ✓Real-time feedback, reflection, and decision-making practice
Six practical outcomes from the programme
Personal Learning Practice
A supportive space to develop your leadership brand, better listening and clearer judgement while experimenting with AI in practical ways.
Team Guidance Confidence
Clearer language and practical frameworks for supporting AI adoption responsibly, ethically, and without losing the creativity that makes teams effective.
Sharper Decision-Making
A reliable mental model for knowing when to trust AI output, when to interrogate it and when to override it entirely — built through practice, not theory.
Thoughtful AI Conversations
Better language and frameworks for discussing AI risk, bias, responsibility, and real-world use with teams, peers, and leadership.
90-Day Personalised Playbook
A practical structure for designing your own next steps — helping you continue learning, experimenting, and applying AI-human leadership practices in ways that fit your work and context.
Trusted Peer Network
12 leaders from across Asia Pacific and Europe navigating the same shift. The connections made in a cohort of this size and quality tend to last well beyond the programme.
Four sessions. One fundamental shift.
Each session is 90 minutes live on Zoom, followed by 60 minutes of asynchronous learning, reflection and peer practice before the next.

Honest answers
Not at all. This programme is designed for leaders, not technologists. No coding, no technical background required. If you manage people and make decisions, this is for you.
Four 90-minute live sessions over four weeks, plus 60 minutes of asynchronous learning, reflection and peer practice before each next session. Most participants find the between-session work is where the real learning happens.
If you lead a team and AI is part of your working landscape — or will be soon — then yes. The frameworks are designed to apply across industries, functions and team sizes.
Sessions are recorded and available through the Lumabit platform. We encourage live attendance for the peer interaction, but we understand that schedules shift.
Deliberate choice. Small cohorts mean genuine conversation, personalised feedback and connections that actually form. This isn't a webinar — it's a peer learning experience.
We understand that plans can shift. You may cancel within 48 hours of registration for a full refund, provided the programme has not yet started.
Beyond that, registrations are non-refundable as each place is genuinely held within a small 12-person cohort. If you're unable to attend, you're welcome to transfer your place to a colleague before the programme starts.
12 spots. One cohort. Starting 20 August 2026.
Early bird pricing ends 27 July 2026. Reserve your place before it fills.
